EvaNeT / Google integrations

Connect what helps. Keep control.

Google sign-in, Gmail, and Calendar are separate connections. Choose the parts you use, understand what each permission allows, and disconnect them when you need to.

Email AI assistance requires a separate choice in Inbox settings.

Requested access

Permissions tied to a purpose.

01 / Inbox

Gmail

EvaNeT requests permission to read and modify Gmail messages and labels (gmail.modify) and to read the connected email address (userinfo.email). This supports inbox display and sync, reading messages, organizing mail, archiving or trashing messages, and sending mail when you ask EvaNeT to do so.

EvaNeT stores connection tokens encrypted and keeps the mail data needed to provide the inbox.

02 / Events

Google Calendar

EvaNeT requests permission to view your calendar list (calendar.calendarlist.readonly), create and change events (calendar.events), and read the connected email address (userinfo.email).

This supports showing calendars and events and applying event changes you request. Some enabled features cache event details so shared views and automations can work reliably.

03 / Account

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is separate from Gmail and Calendar access. Connecting your account for sign-in does not itself enable the inbox or calendar features.

Email assistance

AI help starts with a choice.

Connecting Gmail does not turn on email AI assistance. Summaries and suggested replies are off for each mailbox until an authorized user enables them in Inbox settings after reviewing the AI disclosure.

When enabled, relevant email text may be sent to EvaNeT's AI providers for those features. Turning the setting off stops new assistance requests and removes generated assistance for that mailbox.

Your controls

Disconnect when you need to.

You can disconnect a Google connection in EvaNeT's integration or inbox settings, and revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting stops further access.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and your data choices. You can also read the Terms of Service or contact us with questions.
