EvaNeT / field notes

Docs

Getting started with EvaNeT: the desktop app, the public API, billing, and release notes.

Example: review a trip with Jai

  1. Open a trip in a workspace you can access and ask Jai what still needs attention.
  2. Jai uses the selected workspace and permitted records to separate confirmed bookings from gaps or questions.
  3. If a supported record needs a change, stage a draft and inspect the exact before-and-after fields.
  4. An authorized reviewer decides whether to apply it; the service rechecks access and record revision first.

This combines the documented Jai alpha and governed-record desktop beta flows. Availability depends on your workspace grants and release access.

Getting started

EvaNeT brings people, records, pages, files, and AI assistance into a workspace. What Jai can see or change depends on the selected workspace, your permissions, and the features enabled there. Start with a walkthrough if you need help choosing a workflow.

Workspace context and shared memory

Jai receives fresh context for the selected workspace and the page or record in view when you send a message. In the current desktop alpha, permitted client and trip records can inform answers. A plan or a missing booking is not presented as a confirmed outcome. Workspace access and a configured model connection are required.

Proposals, approvals, and limits

The desktop governed-record beta stages supported record changes as drafts with an exact field diff. Authorized reviewers can approve or reject them after the service rechecks permission and record revision. Jai can propose a draft but cannot apply or approve its own change. Read-only entities have no editing controls, and hard delete is unavailable in this flow.

Google connections

Google sign-in, Gmail, and Calendar are separate connections. Gmail AI assistance starts off for each mailbox and needs an authorized user to enable it after reviewing the disclosure. Disconnect and revocation controls are documented alongside the requested permissions.

EvaNeT for macOS (beta)

The desktop app brings Jai (your AI companion), workspace tools, voice, screenshots, meeting recording, and session approvals to your Mac. Public beta for Apple silicon, macOS 13.5+. Downloads require an EvaNeT account with beta access; installed apps check for newer qualified releases and link to the download page.

Public API

The platform exposes a versioned REST API at api.evanet.ai — workspaces, trips, tasks, invoices, memory, and billing. Authentication uses device tokens; the OpenAPI contract below lists every endpoint and schema.

Billing

Platform Standard is $1,000/month with 1 seat included, $250 per additional seat, and a 14-day free trial. Billing is self-serve inside the app (workspace settings → billing); enterprise agreements are available.

What’s new

Every desktop release is documented publicly — new capabilities, improvements, and fixes — and the installed app checks the release feed for newer qualified downloads.
