Example: client inquiry to proposal, approval, and follow-up

An illustrative service-business workflow showing where AI can prepare work, where a person reviews it, and which handoffs an audit should check.

This is an illustrative pilot design, not a customer result or a claim that EvaNeT ships an end-to-end proposal automation. It shows how to make one service workflow testable.

1. Capture and qualify the inquiry

An inquiry arrives by email or form. The team records the source, requested service, deadline, and owner. AI may summarize the request and flag missing facts, but a person confirms priority and assignment. If the source is unavailable, the item stays in a visible exception queue.

2. Prepare a proposal for review

AI drafts a scope from approved templates and the facts the team has verified. It separates known facts from assumptions, records the documents consulted, and highlights any price or promise needing human judgment. The owner edits and approves the exact proposal before it is sent.

3. Follow up and measure

After approval, the team sends the proposal and sets a follow-up date. AI can prepare a reminder or draft next message; a person decides what to send. The pilot measures preparation time, missing information, approval rework, and missed follow-ups against the prior process.
