What should an AI workflow audit deliver?
The concrete outputs of an AI workflow audit: a current-state map, data and tool inventory, risk and approval review, and a scoped pilot recommendation.
A useful audit should leave your team with a decision, not just a list of possible AI tools. EvaNeT describes its first engagement around one operational workflow.
A map of the current workflow
The map names the trigger, each step and owner, the systems touched, the inputs needed, and the point where the work is considered done. It also records exceptions: incomplete requests, duplicate records, unavailable tools, and approvals that happen outside the main system.
An inventory of data and controls
The inventory identifies which sources a pilot may read and where a person must inspect or authorize a proposed change. The risk review should distinguish harmless summarization from customer messages, record edits, spending, or sensitive routing.
A pilot recommendation with a stop rule
The output should state one bounded use case, what is out of scope, who will review it, how results will be compared with today’s process, and which failures require a pause. EvaNeT’s published offer lists these deliverables; actual scope and commercial terms are set in a conversation.
